As stated on the application the addition is 1,152 sqft. including the <br /> first floor and lower level. This was the amount that was put on the application after the <br /> staff had looked at the plan. However, including the existing remodeled portion was not <br /> included in this amount. I have estimated that there are 1,490 sqft (508 lower, 982 upper) <br /> of remodeling in the existing house. I have enclosed a check made out to Dane County <br /> Zoning and Planning.
