The location of the land <br /> disturbance will be outside of the 75'wetland setback. The nearby pond is not shown on the DNR surface water resources <br /> map and therefore not considered "navigable". The proposed driveway is less than 125' and the land disturbance outside <br /> the UDC footprint will be less than 4000 sq. ft.
