PETITION NO. ej‘Z// <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> PERRY <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land_in Section 35 , Town of Perry , Dine County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> A-2 Agriculture, RH-3 Rural Homes, CO-1 District. <br /> -- Conservancy. <br /> Pet. #4211: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 + NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Perry <br /> described as follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the center quarter corner of <br /> Section 35, being 2640 feet more or less South of the North quarter corner, <br /> thence North 500 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> North 660 feet more or less; thence East 1320 feet more or less, thence South <br /> 660 feet more or less, thence West 1320 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the center quarter corner of Section 35, <br /> being 2640 feet more or less South of the North quarter corner; thence North • <br /> 500 feet more or less to the point of beginning, thence East 1320 feet more or <br /> less, thence South 499 .62 feet more or less to the East-West quarter line, <br /> thence continue South 100 feet, thence Northwesterly 300 feet more or less, <br /> thence Northwesterly 1400 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
