As I indicated, I have reviewed the Town Board's <br /> approval of the zoning petition in question. My specific <br /> question to you related to the deed restrictions. As you know, <br /> Mr. Annen will be selling Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 5534; <br /> and the zoning petition in question relates to that lot. As I <br /> understand the restrictions, the Town is indicating that the <br /> subject property can be used for: <br /> (1) sale and repair of agricultural equipment; or <br /> (2) terminal storage and repair of construction material, <br /> hauling trucks, with a number not to exceed 30 at one <br /> time; and <br /> (3) any particular use must be subject to an approved <br /> landscape plan by the Town Board and adequate dust <br /> control measures taken to protect unpaved parking and <br /> traffic areas. <br /> As I indicated, I was somewhat confused.
