7 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4211 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> AGriculture, RH-3 Rural Homes + CO-1 Conservancy District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #4211: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 + NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Perry <br /> described as follows: TO A-2: Commencing at the center quarter corner of <br /> Section 35, being 2640 feet more or less South of the North quarter corner, <br /> thence North 500 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> North 660 feet more or less; thence East 1320 feet more or less, thence South <br /> 660 feet more or less, thence West 1320 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the center quarter corner of Section 35, <br /> being 2640 feet more or less South of the North quarter corner; thence North <br /> 500 feet more or less to the point of beginning, thence East 1320 feet more or <br /> less, thence South 499.62 feet more or less to the East-West quarter line, <br /> thence continue South 100 feet, thence Northwesterly 300 feet more or less, <br /> thence Northwesterly 1400 feet more or less to the point of beginning. TO <br /> CO-1: Beginning at the center quarter corner of Section 35, being 2640 feet <br /> more or less South of the North quarter corner; thence North 500 feet more or <br /> less, thence Southeasterly 1400 feet more or less along the centerline of <br /> Tyvano Road to the South line of the subject lands, thence Northwesterly 1150 <br /> feet more or less along the South line of subject lands, thence Norht 50 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
