Aar,iculturp District to the <br /> R-1 Residential + RH-1 Rural Homoistrict. <br /> Pet. 44212: • <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 5, thence N 02° <br /> 11' 47" West, 599.93 feet along the East line of the Southeast quarter of said <br /> Section 5 to the point of beginning of this description; thence S 88° 58' 43" <br /> West, 329.37 feet; thence N 02° 11' 47" West, 116.00 feet; thence N 88° 58' <br /> 00" East, 329.37 feet to the East line of the Southeast quarter of said <br /> Section 5, thence S 02° 11' 47" East, 116.07 feet along said East line to the <br /> point of beginning of this description.
