't of this description. <br /> PI\(Ig <br /> This amendment will be effective, i wit in 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1. The existing triplex shall be removed within 5 years. <br /> 2. An application for rezone of the R-4 area to C-2 Commercial shall <br /> be submitted within 5 years. <br /> EFFECTIVE: APR 1 4 1987 <br />
