PETITION NO. e67-3() PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF VERMONT TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies b Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 31 , Town of Vermont Dan! County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4230: Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 31, thence S 00° 01' 05" East along the West line of said NE 1/4, 1838 feet; thence N 89° 58' 55" East, 150 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 89° 58' 55" East, 300 feet; thence S 00° 01' 05" East, 291 feet; thence S 89° 58' 55" West, 300 feet; thence N 00° 01' 05" West, 291 feet to the point of beginning Also, commencing at the Southeast corner of the above description which is the point of beginning; thence Southeasterly 750 feet more or less to the Northwest line of CSM #3791; thence Southwesterly along said Northwest line 33 feet more or less; thence Northwesterly 805 feet more or less to the South line of the abovwe parcel; thence Easterly 33 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
