•
March 10, 1988
Dane County Zoning Department
210 Monona Avenue
Madison, WI 53709
To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to describe my intent in
requesting a zoning change for property involving 8. 2 acres
located as part of the south half of the S.E. 1/4 of section
36, T9N, R7E, Town of Roxbury, Dane County, bordered by
residential and agricultural land.
On April 7, 1987, I filed petition #3966 for a zoning
change which was approved after processing, however, the
certified survey demonstrated that a garage had been
illegally constructed on the property by an adjoining land
owner. Because purchase of the land was then delayed, the
zoning petition expired.
This property is presently owned by Duane Ketelboeter.
Because I am a prospective buyer, I an again filing a
petition for changing the zoning of said property and
obtaining a deed restriction, thus allowing the plot to
remain as a wood lot. My proposed use of the property is
only as a wood lot, therefore I am in agreement with the
zoning change, suggested by Mr. Ketelboeter.
After reviewing various zoning options to meet the
above interest, the Roxbury Town Board has recommended again
that I file a petition for a CO-1 conservancy zoning with a
deed restriction.
If additional information is needed, I can be reached
at work 263-8342 or home 643-3676.
ely,
Roger Allen
6437 Woodland Trail
Dane, WI 53529
RA:cf
cc:Duane Ketelboeter
