Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2, RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4235:: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 & NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: TO RH-2: Beginning at the center quarter corner of <br /> Section 32 being N 85° 32' East 2674.24 from the West quarter corner; thence <br /> South 227. 62 feet; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Torbleau Road <br /> 800 feet; thence North 1250 feet, thence West 500 feet; thence along the <br /> Easterly boundary of CSM #4745 as follows: South 113.82 feet; thence S 60° <br /> West 200 feet; thence S 01° 05' 26" East 1017.88 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
