Bisgard: <br /> In regard to the above mentioned petition, the facts have obviously <br /> been misconceived . <br /> I first went to the Village of Oregon to question the plans for <br /> the Netherwood area and found that what I wanted to do was in <br /> alignment with the master plan for the village . <br /> The board stated there were no plans for expansion in that area for <br /> approximately 8 years , but if and when sewer and water became <br /> available I would have to hook up to it and be annexed to the <br /> village . Until this time they are infavor of the building of <br /> a office building , warehouse which fits there master plan. They <br /> can not and will not be developing in this direction for sometime <br /> and were not interested in annexing . <br /> A office , warehouse requires C-2 zoning for the township, which <br /> is the closest zoning bracket . <br /> Maintainl.�9and improving the existing house , which was occupied <br /> until December of 1987 would be non-conforming to both the village <br /> of Oregon and the Township of Oregon in the near future . Also for <br /> the Township of Oregons master plan for this area . <br /> The house does exist and is structurally sound . I thought due <br /> 0 to the location this would be the normal sequence to follow. <br /> If this is denied I will spend some money on remodeling the house <br /> and will not wait any longer holding the property vacant . <br /> Everyone has been in agreement wholeheartedly on my request as <br /> per the enclosed documents . <br /> If I am missing something and or have not filed the correct papers <br /> I would like to hear from someone in regard to this . <br /> Thank you again for your reconsideration. <br /> Sincerely , <br /> j,g/i713, <br /> R.
