Permit valid thru 1989. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> =. 1, Applicant is working with D.N.R. regarding rip-rap for bank <br /> : stabilization. 2. Existing pig house partially within right-of-way shall be <br /> removed. 2. There shall be no entrance/exit from the North side of building <br /> (facing highway) . 3. Structure shall be removed at owners expense if future <br /> improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br />
