1 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4242 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential, RH-2 Rural Homes & A-2 Agriculture District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #4242/669: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 7 & NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the North quarter corner <br /> of Section 18; thence S 87° 01' 48" West 1067. 15 feet along the North line of <br /> Section 18 to the point of beginning; thence S 01° 44' 57" East, 124.0 fet; <br /> thence S 87° 01' 48" West, 255.0 feet to the centerline of Clarmar Drive. <br /> Thence N 01° 44' 57" West, 124. 0 feet along the centerline of Clarmar Drive to <br /> the North line of Section 18 which is also the South line of Section 7; thence <br /> continue N 01° 44' 57" West, 46.0 feet along the centerline of Clarmar Drive. <br /> Thecne N 87° 01' 48" East 255. 0 feet; thence S 01° 44' 57" East 46. 0 feet to <br /> the South line of Section 7 and point of beginning.
