O'Malley and <br /> Catherine M. O'Malley, husband and wife. On January 19 , <br /> 1982 , Mr. and Mrs. O'Malley mortgaged approximately one acre <br /> of real estate to Evergreen Savings and Loan Association. <br /> Evergreen Savings and Loan Association has merged into Anchor <br /> Savings and Loan Association. The mortgage became delinquent <br /> and Anchor Savings and Loan Association foreclosed the <br /> mortgage. The premises were sold at a sheriff' s sale and <br /> Anchor Savings and Loan Association was the buyer at the <br /> sale. The sale was confirmed by the Dane County Circuit <br /> Court on March 17, 1988 . <br /> The one acre parcel of real estate is located partially in <br /> Section 18 , Township 8 North, Range 11 East, and partially in <br /> Section 7 , Township 8 North, Range 11 East. The portion in <br /> Section 18 is a part of Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 3425, <br />
