Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4244: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Montrose described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section 7; thence <br /> East 2653 feet more or less; thence South 735 feet more or less feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence South 150 feet; thence West 225 feet; thence North <br /> 150 feet; thence East 225 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
