Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 gural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #4259: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence <br /> West along South line of said Northeast quarter 1552.65 feet; thence N 14° 40' <br /> East 658.3 feet to a meander line; thence N 57° 01' Est along said meander <br /> line 1193.8 feet; thence S 89° 49' East along said meander line 452.6 feet; <br /> thence S 03° 02' West 1287. 5 feet to point of beginning; also all land lying <br /> Northly and Northwesterly of above-described meander line to centerline of <br /> ditch. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
