PETITION NO. q2 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF MAZOMANIE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 23 , Town of Mazomanie , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the R-2 Residence, C-1 Commercial District. Pet. #4261 : Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Mazomanie, described as follows: TO R-2: Beginning at The East quarter corner; thence Wst along the East-West quarter line 160 feet; thence North 80 feet; thence West 125 feet; thence South 80 feet to said East-West line, thence West 400 fet more or less to the centerline of CTH Y; thence Northeasterly along said centerline 890 feet more or less to the East line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South 495 feet more or less to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. TO C-1 : Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 23; thence West along the East-West quarter line of said Section 23, 160 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue West 125 feet; thence North 80 feet; thence East 125 feet; thence South 80 feet to the point of beginning.
