a 9 <br /> ((263 6/ t 14, <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4263 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4263: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of USH 14; said point also <br /> being 2366.27 feet South of and 412.80 feet West of the East quarter corner of <br /> said Section 22; thence North 43° 26' 45" East, 500 feet; thence North 46° 33' <br /> 15" West, 800 feet; thence South 43° 26' 45" West, 500 feet to a point in the <br /> centerline of USH 14; thence S 46° 33' 15" East, 800 feet along said <br /> centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
