The plat number <br /> is <br /> The tax parcel number is 2325-569 <br /> I plan on building a single story two bedroom home. <br /> It will be on an area of non-tillable land in compliance <br /> with the town of Pleasant Springs land use plan. <br /> I plan to build the home within one year of the <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> The land surrounding the proposed site to the south, <br /> west, and east is zoned agricultural.
