June 8, 1988
Mr. Bill Fleck
Dane County Zoning
City County Building Room 116
210 Martin Luther King, Jr. , Blvd.
Madison, WI 53709
Dear Mr. Fleck:
Re: Petition #4271, Cup 673
I have asked RMT, Inc. to submit the application for mineral extraction on my
40 acre property located in approximately the south 1/2 of the southeast 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, T7N, R8E, Town of Middleton, Dane County,
Wisconsin. I have reviewed the May 27, 1988 letter and application and agree
with what it says.
However, I have asked them to change the application to reflect an additional
area I may like to extract minerals from if it is needed. This is shown on
the attached map. Please change my application to reflect this change.
Because the use of this soil is immediate, I ask you to please approve my
application at the June 14, 1988 meeting. RMT, Inc. will appear on my behalf
at that meeting. Thank you.
,I
Elmer Jungbluth
cc: Bob Anders
Ed Tallard
bcc: Dave Neeb
John DeBeck
RMT
JUN 101988
RECEIVED
1169.01:REFUSE:fleck1:O6/08/88 ZONING DIV.
