Breneman , Registered Land Surveyor <br /> hereby certify that e surve e , divided and mapped a certified survey located <br /> in part of Government Lot 1 being the fractional East of S.E. * of Section 22, <br /> T9N, R6E, Town of Mazomanie, Dane County Wisconsin which is bounded by a line <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 1; thence North <br /> 834.38' feet along the West line of Government Lot 1 to an existing 1" I .D. iron <br /> pipe on the North right-of-way line of "C.T.H. V" said point being the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Thence continuing North 226.08' feet along the West line of said Government <br /> Lot 1 as previously monumented to a point on a meander line on the Southerly bank <br /> of the "Wisconsin River", which is 42' + more or less from the waters edge of the <br /> "Wisconsin River"; thence along said meander line the following described bearings <br /> and distances; thence S72°-56'-11."E 137.46' feet to a point which is 30' + feet <br /> more or less from the waters edge of the "Wisconsin River"; thence S86°-09'-36"E <br /> 168.95' feet to an existing 2" pinched iron pipe which is 30' feet more or less <br /> from the waters edge of the "Wisconsin River" and the termination of said meander <br /> line; thence S00°-02 '-27"E 96.84 feet along the East line of Volume 1051 of Deeds <br /> Page 450 as recorded at the Office of Dane County Register of Deeds to an existing <br /> 1" I .D. iron pipe on the North right-of-way line of "C.T.H.Y"; thence S75°-30'-09"W <br /> 309.92 ' feet along the North right of way line of "C.T.H.
