An <br /> access was granted to "CV" for this parcel per access permit <br /> No . 84-4 , but that access permit has expired. That permit <br /> had numerous provisions relative to the access construction <br /> and maintenance . If the owner still desires an access to <br /> "CV" a new access permit would be required and it would have <br /> provisions relating to its construction and placement . The <br /> permit would have to serve the property fronting on "CV" <br /> including lands directly to the north and south of this <br /> rezoned parcel . <br /> R.P. C. <br /> *3795 This is In the Transition Area of the Town of Burke Plan where <br /> agricultural preservation is the goal , while it is possibly <br /> suitable for future development . A plan amendment would be <br /> required to determine: a) the need for development of this area <br /> at this time, and b) what type of development is compatible for <br /> this area. <br /> Approval of the petition as It stands would be inconsistent with <br /> the adopted plan. <br /> T.
