Agriculture District to the <br /> R-3 Residential & RH-3 Rural HomeDlstrict. <br /> PET. *3798: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Cross Plains, described as <br /> follows: TO R-3: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 16; <br /> thence North 89° 20,' 04" West, 3842.25 feet along the East-West quarter line <br /> to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 20' 04" West, along the East-West <br /> quarter to the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence N 00° 08' 42" <br /> West, 636.82 feet along the West line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 89° 20' <br /> 04" East, 48.76 feet to a point in the centerline of Observatory Road; thence <br /> Southeasterly, 646.18 feet along the centerline of Observatory Road to the <br /> point of beginning.
