- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Albion described as follows: <br /> Part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map number 2783. Beginning at the Northerly <br /> most corner of said Lot #1; thence S 41° 23' 55" E, 117.78 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 45' 00" W along the East line of said Lot #1, 190.00 feet; thence N 69° 49' <br /> 49" W, 251.30 feet to the Southeast line of Old Highway 73; thence N 39° 56' <br /> 20" East along the Southeast line of Old Highway 73, 250.00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> 1) .
