We <br /> also understand that a "building" permit or other permits will <br /> not be required because the walls of the proposed pile are <br /> "temporary" in nature. <br /> We feel that some type of permit or formal approval letter be <br /> issued to insure that the pile is , indeed, only temporary in <br /> nature . We also feel the size and height of the pile , and <br /> its proximity to the intersection, are additional reasons for <br /> requiring some type of County approval . <br /> If an additional temporary access is required to service this <br /> pile, an access permit will be required from us because CTH "K" <br /> is a controlled access highway.
