ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. - 3785 J>/k, <br /> (AMENDED BY THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ON MARCH 7, 1991) <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Part o f SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 35; <br /> thence N 00° 13' 09" East along the West line of said quarter, 998.2 feet to <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence continue N 00° 13' 09" East <br /> along said West line of said quarter 333.0 feet to the Northwest corner of the <br /> SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35; thence N 89° 20' East along the North line of said <br /> quarter quarter, 692.7 feet; thence S 00° 13' West 333.0 feet; thence S 89° 20' <br /> West 692.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> A). Maximum accommodation of kennel shall not exceed 60 annimals. <br /> EFFECTIVE: 12/16/86 <br /> ADDENDUM <br /> The deed restriction is amended to read as follows: <br /> A.
