PETITION NO. 3785 D.R. <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE DEED RESTRICTIONS ON LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> BURKE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors to change the deed restrictions on the following described land in <br /> Section 35 , Town of Burke Dane County, Wisconsin, as follows: <br /> Pet. #3785: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 35; <br /> thence N 00° 13' 09" East along the West line of said quarter, 998.2 feet to <br /> the point of beginning of this description; thence continue N 00° 13' 09" East <br /> along said West line of said quarter 333.0 feet to the Northwest corner of the <br /> SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35; thence N 89° 20' East along the North line of said <br /> quarter quarter, 692.7 feet; thence S 00° 13' West 333.0 feet; thence S 89° 20' <br /> West 692.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1).
