WHEREAS, OGL hCck r■ 4 LOP; CEO vin p 6e`/ is/are the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of 'Sky r � , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: Part of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Burke described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest. corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 35; - thence N 00° 13'- 09" East along the West line of said quarter, 998.2 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continue N 00° 13' 09" East along said West line of said quarter 333.0 feet to the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35; thence N 89° 20' East along the North line of said quarter quarter, 692.7 feet; thence S 00° 13' West 333.0 feet; thence S 89° 20' West 692.7 feet to the point of beginning. - 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed and replace those previously recorded Document #1984397 - December 16, 1986 in Volume 9238, Page 53.
