ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3785 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BURKE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3785: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section 35; <br /> thence N 00° 13' 09" East along the West line quarter, 998.2 feet to the point <br /> of beginning of this description; thence continue N 00° 13' 09" East along said <br /> West line of quarter 333.0 feet to the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of <br /> Section 35; thence N 89° 20' East along the North line of said quarter quarter, <br /> 692.7 feet; thence S 00° 13' West 333.0 feet; thence S 89° 20' West 692.7 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> 1).
