- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Burke described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section <br /> 35; thence N 00° 13' 09" East along the West line quarter, 998.2 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence continue N 00° 13' 09" East <br /> along said West line of quarter 333.0 feet to the Northwest corner of the SW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35; thence N 89° 20' East along the North line of said <br /> quarter quarter, 692.7 feet; thence S 00° 13' West 333.0 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 20' West 692.7 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> 1) . Maximum accommodation of kennel shall not exceed 60 animals. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
