PETITION #3773 Item: 1) . Delete Section 10.01 (1) Accessory building and recreate as follows: Recreate as follows: Section 10.01 Accessory Building. A subordinate or supplemental building, the use of which is incidental to that of the main building on the same lot or the use of the premises on which it is located. Defined types are as follows: a) . Residential accessory building: Garages, storage sheds, gazebos and the like which are associated with residential use. b) . Agricultural use Accessory Building: (See definition § 10.01 "Agriculture Use") barns, sheds, silos and the like. A least 50% of the building must be used for a permitted agriculture use. c) . Farm Accessory Building: (See definition § 10.01 "Farm") Barns, sheds, silos and the like used in conjunction with a farm operation. At least 50% of the building must be used for a permitted Ag use. Item: 2) . Create a new definition § 10.01 "Farm" as follows: Farm: Property utilized for the purpose of production for agricultural market. A farm shall consist of a minimum of 5 acres of contiguous land unless specified otherwise by this Ordinance. Item: 3) . Delete Section 10.09 (3) Building Height Limits RH-1 District and Recreate as follows: 10.09 (3) Building Height Limits. a) . Residential buildings, 2 1/2 stories, 35 feet maximum. b) . Residential accessory buildings 16 feet. c) . Agriculture use accessory building no height limit. Item: 4) . Delete Section 10.12 (3) Building Height Limit A-1 District and recreate as follows: 10.12 (3) Building Height Limits: a) . Residential buildings, 2 1/2 stories, 35 feet maximum. b) . Residential accessory buildings 16 feet. c) . Ag use or farm accessory buildings no height limit. Item: 5) . Delete Section 10.123 (5) Building Height Limit A-1 Ex. District and recreate as follows:
