This property is more fully described in the attached <br /> preliminary survey map . <br /> On August 25 , 1986 , the Town of Rutland Planning & Zoning <br /> Committee gave preliminary approval for this zoning change with <br /> formal approval to follow. <br /> We intend to erect two sixty foot diameter grain bins for <br /> government corn storage on this property and eventually to locate <br /> our entire operation at this site . We feel this site is an <br /> excellent one for an agri-business as there are no residential <br /> areas nearby and U. S .
