Zoning Petition 3807 McKenna for Krell-disapproved. <br /> (copy of Town Plan Commission minutes enclosed) <br /> CSM 3774 Capitoland Christian Center - Tabled. <br /> Preliminary Plat "White Pines" five ( 5) lot - disapproved <br /> for the following reasons : <br /> 1 . ) Applicant is unwilling to provide residential <br /> lots with properly planned public roads . <br /> 2 . ) The proposed dimensions and shape of lots is <br /> extremely awkward, and does not represent good <br /> residential subdivision planning. <br /> 3 . ) Proposed driveways are excessively long, and would <br /> eliminate the possibility of improved planning and <br /> lot layout at a future time when more desirable <br /> subdivision platting and road construction might <br /> otherwise occur . <br /> AIR PARK ASSOC . Moved by Bitzer , seconded by Tollefson, <br /> that the Town of Verona will accept $877 .76 from Air Park <br /> Assoc . Carried.
