Scribner, <br /> Please be advised that the Town Board, at its regular meeting <br /> of December 8th, 1986 , reviewed the rezoning request by Mr. <br /> Ben Petty, agent for the Furseth Estate. <br /> The Board resolved to approve the requests for rezoning <br /> subject to the following: <br /> 1 . ) The Town Board shall review the proposed certified survey <br /> map. <br /> 2. ) That the lands known as Virgin Lake located within the <br /> lands to be rezoned shall remain in wetlands zoning <br /> precluding any alteration of that environment.
