HWY- <br /> RP C. <br /> *3829 This parcel is mostly within the Agricultural Preservation Area <br /> of the Town of Dunkirk Plan, with a small eastern portion In the <br /> Stoughton urban service area. <br /> Relevant policies are: Land which does not require development <br /> of a public road. ", and "Lot shall abut directly on a public <br /> road. " The RH-2 and RH-4 parcels do not front on public roads, <br /> and will require public road access of some sort .
