WHEN A SIMILAR PROPOSAL WAS INTRODUCED SOMETIME <br /> AGO THE OWNER AND DEVELOPER WERE INFORMED ABOUT <br /> THE NECESSITY TO BRING FORTH SOME SORT OF A PLAN <br /> TO DRAIN THE SOUTH END OF THE PROPERTY. THIS IS <br /> IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE DRAINAGE, OR LACK OF IT <br /> AFFECTS MUCH OF THE PROPERTY IN WINDSOR, INCLUDING <br /> THE LOCAL PARK . IDEALLY THEY WOULD WORK WITH THE <br /> PROPERTY OWNERS ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAKE RD./C.V. <br /> B. THE PRELIMINARY PLAT MAP DOES INCLUDE 30 ' <br /> DRAINAGE EASEMENTS THAT APPEAR TO SURROUND ALL <br /> OF THE LOTS, THIS APPARENTLY REFLECTS THE NEED <br /> TO "DRAIN" MUCH OF THE AREA TO BE DEVELOPED. THAT <br /> IS ANOTHER CONCERN, THAT MUCH OF THE PLAN IS ON <br /> LAND THAT CURRENTLY HAS A WATER PROBLEM, AND IS <br /> GROWING CATTAILS. IN ADDITION, ALL OF THE LAND <br /> THAT IS LISTED AS PARKLAND IS ALSO UNDER WATER. <br /> C. THE LAND ADJACENT TO LAKE RD/ C.V. AND WINDSOR <br /> ROAD IS NOT SHOWN AS BEING DEVELOPED, AND YET THERE <br /> APPEARS TO BE A POSSIBLE ROAD THAT WILL EVENTUALLY <br /> ACCESS ON LAKE ROAD/C.V. AT A PREVIOUS MEETING, WE. <br /> UNDERSTOOND THAT THE DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT <br /> WOULD NOT ALLOW FURTHER ACCESS ON THIS ROAD. <br /> IF THIS UNDEVELOPED LAND IS LATER DEVELOPED, IS <br /> THERE CONSIDERATION FOR SOME KIND OF FRONTAGE ROAD? <br /> THIS PROBLEM SHOULD BE RESOLVED BEFORE THE STREET <br /> PLAN FOR THIS ZONING CHANGE IS ACCEPTED. <br />
