This lot was recently divided off from Kensel Farrell's <br /> property and consists of 1.3 acres which was rezoned from A-1Ex. Agriculture <br /> district to the R-1A district. <br /> The Rutland Town Board granted approval of the amending of the Farrell <br /> certified survey by the addition of 50' (more or less) subject to the <br /> approval of Dane County.
