Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 & RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> #3810: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 & NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Roxbury, <br /> described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southeast cornr of the NE <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 17; thence West 475 feet along the South boundary <br /> of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North 55 0 feet;feet; thence East 300 feet; thence <br /> North 300 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence South 850 feet; thence West 125 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
