They are uncertain <br /> at this time but strongly feel that they will be wanting to use the <br /> land in that way in the future. They also want to live in the <br /> home on the property. It is everyone 's hope that this zoning change <br /> will not meet with objection at the November 11th meeting and that <br /> the surveyor will be able to proceed with the survey and that the <br /> surveying process can be completed and approved as early as December. <br /> The property has been in agricultural use for years. The <br /> current owner, Jim Nileman, wishes to continue farming the i-es't df <br /> the land owned by him surrounding the 5—acre parcel to be broken off. <br /> The new buyers also wish to preserve the agricultural integrity of <br /> the parcel they are buying and the land surrounding it. However, <br /> this zoning change is necessary to divide the 5—acre parcel and <br /> homestead from the current acreage. <br /> To the best of our knowledge and from all appearances all of the <br /> land within 300 feet, in fact, for miles, is in agricultural usage <br /> other than the homesteads in which the people are residing. <br /> This property to in Ref.
