PETITION NO. :5t;° [ <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WESTPORT <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 12 , Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential & RH-i Rural HomesDiStriCt. <br /> #3812: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: TO R-1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; <br /> thecne S 00° 18' 00" E 30.00 feet; htence S 89° 03' 08" W, 343.87 feet; thence <br /> S 59° 21' 55" W, 258.46; thence along the arc of a curve concaved <br /> Southwesterly having a radius of 653.39 feet and a long chord bearing N 43° <br /> 56' 59" W, 213.23 feet; thence N 33° 56' 00" E, 2.5 feet; thence N 89° 03' 08" <br /> E, 712.75 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence S <br /> 00° 18' 00" E, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
