PETITION NO. 17 <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> WESTPORT <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 16 , Town of Westport , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-2 & RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> #3814: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 16 Town of Westport described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 16; thence <br /> North 1320 feet; thence East 1300 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue East 1150 feet to the centerline of Woodland Drive; thence <br /> Northwesterly along said centerline 900 feet; thence West 550 feet; thence <br /> South 660 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 16; thence North <br /> 1320 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 660 feet; thence <br /> East 1300 feet; thence South 660; thence West 1300 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
