PETITION NO.3 PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies b Gentlemen: • The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the RH-2 Rural Homes District. Pet. #3837: Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence West, along the South line Of said quarter-quarter, 237.0 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continue West, along said South line of quarter-quarter, 590.0 feet; thence North 44° 48' West, 383.5 feet to the center line of CTH TT; thence North 43° 40' East, along said centerline of highway, 461.9 feet; thence Northeasterly along said centerline of highway, on a curve to the right whose long chord bears North 48° 05' East for a distnace of 231.6 feet; thence Northeasterly along said centerline of highway, on another curve to the right whose long chord bears North 53° 44' East for a distance of 530.85 feet; thence South 03° 10' West, 1076.8 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
