Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. <br /> #3818: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 28, which is <br /> also the point of beginning; thence South 500 more or less feet; thence East <br /> 550 more or less feet; thence North 200 more or less feet; N 45° West 400 more <br /> or less feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
