Badger Road and have <br /> owned and operated a business at the adjoining property, 118 E. <br /> Badger Road for over 9 years. I sell antique reproduction furniture <br /> and used cars. <br /> The proposed use of 202 E. Badger Road is the sale of twelve ( 12) <br /> used motor vehicles, and to still maintain a residence there. The <br /> time of development will be as soon as possible. <br /> Both of the above properties are located in a triangle bordered by <br /> the Beltline Hwy. , Rimrock Road and E. Badger Road. All properties <br /> in the triangle have been zoned C-1 and some lots C-2 for more than <br /> 20 years. Located in this triangle are 2 vacant lots, 3 or 4 <br /> businesses and 8 houses. Of the eight houses 3 or 4 will be removed <br /> by the proposed Beltline expansion and the Rimrock Road interchange. <br /> In view of these facts I believe 202 E. Badger Road is suitable for <br /> the sale of used cars and a conditional use permit ( C-2(i) residence <br /> for watchman or caretaker and/or C-1 (a) single family residence) . <br /> In the event the living quarters are destroyed over 30% I could <br /> rebuild them on the premises, because I prefer residing as close to <br /> my business as possible.
