Baker, and James Mark* <br /> the owner e- owners of the followin is/are <br /> 4 described land in the Town of <br /> Madison <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison described as follows: <br /> Beginning at an iron stake set in the East line of Lot #3, Block #2 of Jacob <br /> and Barker Plat, and which iron stake is 132 feet North of the North boundary <br /> line of the East Badger Road; thence continuing North along the lot line to an <br /> iron stake located on the South edge of the Beltline Highway; thence Westerly <br /> along edge of Highway 140 feet; thence Southerly to an iron stake located 132 <br /> feet North of Badger Road and 126 feet West of the East line of Lot #3; thence <br /> Easterly 126 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> • <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may,acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> • <br /> 1).
