A deed restriction could <br /> not be properly utilized and a Conditional Use Permit, whereby conditions <br /> could be imposed, was not a part of the application. <br /> Therefore, to satisfy the town's concerns, the Zoning Committee approved <br /> the petition subject to town board approval of the driveway. The peti- <br /> tion will not be referred to the County Board for approval until you <br /> notify me that the town has approved the driveway.
