PETITION N0. 7, Y72- <br /> PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: <br /> Ladies & Gentlemen: <br /> The undersigned hereby petition$ the Dane County Board <br /> of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described <br /> land in Section 11 , Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3872 : <br /> Part of the SW NW & NW SW of Section 11 , Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4 ; thence S <br /> 45° West, 400 feet more or less to the North Line Of CTH BB; thence <br /> Northwesterly along the North line of said highway, 1400 feet more or less to <br /> a point 49 .5 feet Southeasterly of the centerline of the Koshkonong Creek; <br /> thence N 60° East parallel with said centerline, 1020 feet more or less; <br /> thence East, 250 feet more or less to the East line of the aforesaid SW 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4; thence South along said East line, 1300 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
