Generally <br /> multifamily housing is not advisable on septic tank soil absorption <br /> systems. The soils here are rated severe for septic systems, and <br /> the lot is 0.3 acres. <br /> The minimum anywhere in Dane County for a single family home is 1/2 <br /> acre, and most lots are larger than that for single family homes. <br /> Thus, with a small lot and severe limitations on soils, anything <br /> more than single family use on the site appears inappropriate. <br /> T.
