HWY. <br /> RPC. <br /> ik3878 This is in the Agricultural District of the Town of Berry Plan, <br /> where a series of policy criteria are stated for such <br /> development. This proposal is consistent with all except one <br /> criteria: "Land which has less productive soils than 'prime' or <br /> 'statewide significance' as delineated on the soil maps. " The <br /> soils here are delineated as "statewide significance" as defined <br /> by U.S. Department of Agriculture.
