Agriculture District to the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. <br /> Pet. #3881: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SW NW; thence West along the South <br /> line of said quarter quarter, 555 feet more or less; thence N 04° East, 980 <br /> feet more or less; thence East, 160 feet more or less; thence North, 700 feet <br /> more or less; thence East, 326 feet more or less to the East line of the <br /> aforesaid NW NW; thence South, 1666 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
